How to GET STUFF DONE When You Don't Feel Like It !


1. try changing your environment.

2. write down your tasks for the day.

3. start with a small task.

4. ask yourself why you wanted to work on this task in the first place.

5. break it down to a really small first step.

6. just work on it for a few minutes.

7. set a reward for yourself.
